It's the Nigella Lawson mince pie, which has a normal-ish pie crust except instead of ice water for the dough, use orange juice mixed with orange blossom water. You'd think it couldn't possibly make any difference to bake a teaspoonful of orange blossom water into the crust, but holee shiz it really does.

Yes, that stuff is amazing, isn't it? I got a bottle for my mother from europe, a tiny one. The way she uses it, you'd think it was radioactive.

That and kaffir lime leaves - I bought a pack of the fresh ones and I have no idea how I'll manage to use them all up!

Kaffir lime leaves = amazing bath time!! If you put them in hot water it makes everything smell amazing.
