Pitas has an entry of mine in its bowels, but stubbornly refuses to evacuate. *sighs* HTML tags work here, right? This is the seiyuu maxi-single dreamtrance remix of the Hymn of the Fayth I keep mentioning. (Gorgeous song.) It has lyrics, but I suspect not the same ones from the actual game. Certainly not whatever the Al Bhed were chanting after the Home incident...

A minor-but-pivotal female NPC gamefic bunny is gnawing at my brain. I confess myself utterly unastonished by this development. Maybe I'll even write it this time, to placate whatever deity of RPG fanfiction I obviously offended circa FF7 (as FF8 was when this odd curse of mine kicked in). Or maybe not. Who knows?

The sororial unit is reading Philip Pullman's "His Dark Materials" trilogy. She swears by her supreme gods that it's a cross between The Dark Is Rising and Angel Sanctuary. Why wasn't this stuff published when I was her age?

Tidus!Mom. It could potentially have been Yuna!Mom, or Seymour!Mom, but it ended up being the least surface-interesting of the three. ^^; At least Julia and Raine got *names*. FTR, there are two other fic considerations: one Yuna-centric (as she's just as father-complexed as Tidus is, only in such a way that the game didn't force her into an onscreen confrontation of the fact), and... the Zanarkand story. Which is just a journalistic rendering of the you-can-imagine-which scenes, extant in my head in unpleasantly crystalline clarity. I'm not certain that's a battle I want to fight. I'd rather write smut, but it's not giving me any. ^^;
