I got this off audiography! Good ol' audiography. The song is about autumn and pumpkins and topical matters like that. I think he was about 18 when he wrote this, which explains the childhood nostalgia - that emotion stops being immediate past age 21, which is odd as one'd think it'd be the opposite.

LOL @ the zipper on the side of his pants. I don't know about you guys, but over here that's a veeery girly thing. Although I'm not sure why I feel the need to point that out, considering that the rest of his outfit isn't all that masculine either XD; It looks kinda good though, somehow!

Downloaded the one song (and am listening to it as I type this -- quite lovely so far), thankies. Will probably grab the big pack tomorrow, or as soon as I've emptied up some much-needed disk space.

Patrick Wolf is, like, the single most entertaining person in Celeb-land (where the entertainment isn't an ongoing trainwreck XD;). Even Gackt was only this entertaining on an approximately monthly basis, due to technological constraints.

Yesterday I found a YTube video of him when he was 19 and participating in a hipster knitting circle.

Rufus was classier. XD Imogen Heap, to my distress, had worse hair.

Like the music, but I get mildly disturbed on some level whenever I am presented with the visual version of Wolf. (The Burberry ads don't count. He looked snooty, repressed and too damn close to the Alec in my mind.)

On some level, yes. XD I love the Burberry ads but I have trouble recognizing PWolf when he's not flashing his knees, if I'd seen them in a magazine I'd've been like, "That dude looks semi familiar." That being said I was thinking the other day that if I had gotten into his music circa "The Libertine" I would've freaked the hell out at everything that came after. XD;; I mean I love redheads and all, but. idk. I guess sometimes he's gotta be the wolf, sometimes he's gotta be red riding hood. XD;; New album is supposed to be darkish so maybe he'll dye back to black. In honour of Britney.

bf has mellowed Rufus, srsly. XDD I was telling T that Owen Pallett is the Quatre Reberba Winner of Canadian indie, Rufus must be like, Treize or something.
