I have proof, I tell you! Proof!
Oct. 4th, 2002 01:34 pmAs any fangirl with a history of misspending her youth could tell you, the OP song to the original WK TV series is called "Velvet Underworld". Meaning, obviously, that I've spent the last four years or so getting it wrong, because the auto-complete function in my brain thinks I mean the Velvets. Over and over, reminding myself and getting it wrong again, until I decided that I was right dammit, and that someone in Japan actually *did* mean the Velvets but effed up. Perspective is all in life: if you can't beat them, twist the facts.
The ED theme to WK Gluhen is called "Stone Roses".
See?
(Priya, Wren, email me with physical addys. You will get physical copies as soon as I can wrest the original from best friend's kungfu-enhanced grip. Offer limited to the above-named - I'm not made of these things, dammit. A nice anonymous FTP is a different proposition. XD)

"Is it safe?"
Date: 2002-10-04 01:53 pm (UTC)What do you suggest for a NaNoWriMo filter? ...Just in case the dreck I write is, in fact, vaguely publishable after massive revision.
Re: "Is it safe?"
Date: 2002-10-04 06:06 pm (UTC)NaNoWriMo filter-wise, I'm going to set up a lj friend group with a half dozen or so people in it, rather than have to mail bits to the interested. (I revise a *lot*.) If I've got it right, no one else will see the text. If worst comes to worst, I'll delete relevant entries and deny all. :P The thing being, I have to be able to write before I can even ponder publication, and I may or may not need actual in-progress readers to spur me.

Date: 2002-10-07 11:47 am (UTC)Mrrph. Never mind, then. My only options for an FTP server are to dig up the Aol one I have access to, or ask Krisit if I can use koanju's.
That kind of filter sounds relatively safe. And, too, deleting everything and denying all is a handy worst-case scenario.
