It's a little poem in archaic Japanese, written vertically right->left and sung horizontally left->right, exhorting the Fayth to endless prayer and dreaming in Yevon's name.
...I have something vaguely percolating in the back of my mind here, to do with the persecution of early Christianity and how Bevelle == Rome. But I'm too sleepy for it to make sense.
