It reads like the retroactive reification of something that didn't exist before Terry Pratchett parodied it. Which would be very Derridean if it weren't, yanno, UNINTENTIONAL.

(No, srsly, amirite or what)

(But don't answer that with spoilers because I won't be done with it for a while)

So: Higurashi, Lucky Star, Mononoke, the new Tsubasa OAV. Is there anything else I should be watching and why? XD Does anyone know where to get Black Lagoon 21-26?

Ummm... Possibly Baccano? Because it is sort of like what would happen if a hive of telepathic bees had human intelligence and decided to tell a story about a bunch of mobsters, insane people, and immortal alchemists all trying to kill each other on a train in the early 1930's?

I second Baccano! If you enjoyed Black Lagoon you should love that one as well.

Since i've got no idea what you're already watching, here are some of my other current/recent faves in no particular order: Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Dennou Coil, Genshiken 2, Ghost Hound, Oh! Edo Rocket and that's all i can think of for now and i'm too (lazy) busy for the 'why?' but feel free to ask.

I checked, and yes, it does only have 24. Well, I guess that leaves you with less to d/l. I'd put them up for you, but these days I don't bother to burn, just delete.

No idea where you can actually download them, but I do I think that the second season episodes of Black Lagoon are up for web-viewing on crunchyroll.com (http://www.crunchyroll.com/). For now, anyway.

I will add a vote for Baccano! too, because I really really want more people to watch it.

are you talking about The Fall of the Kings as in the prequel to the Swordspoint?

I also vote for Baccano. And if you haven't caught it yet, Love Complex is a surprisingly good high school shoujo series.

If you can't find it online, I have the second season still sitting on my computer of Black Lagoon. I could upload the episodes that you need.

...By gum, you're right! It's the plot of Men at Arms, humorless version! Inhaled directly after TPOTS; vastly boring; dry academia had me generally whelmed. OTOH l-lesbian pirates.

Yeah, that one. I'm not far enough in to have a real opinion, though. XD
