Amazon Japan package arrived tonight. The route it took is a saga unto itself I really don't have the gumption to get into. =_=

* New Petshop of Horrors 3
* Ono Natsume, La Quinta Camera
* Hoshino Lily, Nurse ga oshigoto <-- of course U.S. Customs had to open the shipment that had this in. =_= It's too hardcore for me, which is saying something.

How does an amazon.jp package go through US Customs?

It was mistakenly sent to Alaska. No really! The website says so (you can go to www.dhl.ca/tracking and input the air waybill number Amazon gives you and see where the package is).

That would be one explanation. XD;; They caught it in Anchorage and sent it to Ohio where it went through Customs and thence to Canuck Montreal, where it was bounced around inexplicably - sent out on a route but not delivered, then attempted delivery the following week and failed despite the fact that there was someone home. Insert many phone calls.
