• Hotohori. Kitsch lounge, matched half to the Nuriko one.
• Chiaki. Sort of jazz guitar and... stuff meant to evoke the feeling of leaning on a graffiti and poster-covered wall, waiting for the rain to stop.
• Ishida. He doesn't dance.
• Schuldig. Technically not a DJ mix as Schuldig would never actually engage in making playlists of any kind for any purpose, no matter how AU.

Altogether: 2 canon, 4 semi-canon (i.e. I could justify it in fic), 3 AU (if the character were actually a DJ)

There, now I can go watch Live Action Sailor Moon or something.

I was listening to the DJ Ran mix the other day and feeling bad about how I vivisected it to make the Ran FST. I also finally got Google to translate "Tatouage Bleu," and gosh, the lyrics. ._. Next thing I realized I was trolling for artists called "Biosphere" (?) and "Bleep" (?) per direction from internalized fictional electronica fanboy, and then the dorkitude became too crushing and I went to bed. Do you think he'd like Four Tet or is Four Tet too fluffy?

Anyway the cover pic wasn't all that.

...Ishida? Is it, like, BGM for his sewing projects?

Actually I think Ran would like Four Tet, yes (whose stuff is harder-edged live FTR although it's still far from what you might call fist-pumping anthemic dance. In person he's a tall, rail-thin, mop-topped lad who looks like one of those befuddled young knights who get taken in by Arthurian enchantresses in Pre-Raphaelite paintings. Playing an iBook).

I'm inspired to finish it now, though. ^^; At the time I was suffering from severe font fatigue.

*guiltycough* The Rukawa mix? Or rather, the bits of it that slsking comes up with very little or bizarre remixes of Blue (disasterous British boyband) songs, like the blue on blue remix and the Chemistry. I somehow missed that one entirely and am filled with woe, because it has Daft Punk /and/ Hirai Ken and you can't say fairer than that... ^_^ thank you!!

Um...is there any way I could bribe you to re-upload two of those somewhere? I missed the Nuriko one entirely for some reason, and only have version 1.0 of the Ran mix which has become my 2nd favorite playlist...like...ever.

Which reminds me of something I always forget to mention...the Takagi Masakatsu Rama Remix of Yuki's JOY struck me as possibly being something DJ Ran would have mixed.
