What isn't LET'S FIGHTING in these books is sad enough to make me wibble in earnest - at least until I realise that the whole Asara thing is basically, um, the plot of Ayashi no Ceres. So now I half expect the other shoe to drop re twinbrother!Tetsuya. ^^; I mean, somehow I doubt Watase Yuu is a Mirage fan, but... Also allow me to join the chorus of WTF IS KENSHIN DOING. The Mirageverse DM is cruel and capricious and not worth the price of worship, as Irobe tries to convey to Christian-martyrdom-wo-mezase!Julia sans success, but Kagetora as Job is where I start calling for an upper bound to ineffability in a work of fantastic fiction. Also, Chiaki I love you dearly (♥) but your mask of cool indifference fails to convince.
And then the narrative bounces back to the Oda, who inspire nothing but crackfic.

I was grinning widely throughout those scenes. They are so...cracked.
XD Kousaka is incorrigible alright...And I was amused with Mitsuhide and Kiyomasa.

Date: 2005-06-04 09:08 pm (UTC)I love the secondary characters and wish they'll animate them. Although if I were the anime character designer I might have to get very drunk, the way they keep getting killed and changing bodies. In most anime even changing clothes is discouraged.

(I understand I would feel a lot more pain for Kagetora if I loved him more as an individual chara than as a pairing with Naoe, but let me keep my pain blockers.)
