(Although this I have to say: I can't wait until we get out of the Northern Crater. Don't you hate those levels when you're looking for something but the game is rigged so you can't find it and you just keep WANDERING IN CIRCLES AND ENCOUNTERING ENEMIES YOU DON'T WANT TO ENCOUNTER UNTIL YOU FALL OVER AND DIE? Like, just bring on the cut scene already, sensei, thx. Also, "a dude in a trenchcoat" is not an acceptable character description. I know we're hitting the cast of hundreds stage, but if the makers of Suikoden can do it then SO CAN YOU.)

But, but, but by that point you should have been really over-powered. And it is a good time to get items, and.... ok, I see your point. It was a horrible time to 6+ hours of my life. Stupid Northern Crater. YEAH, Suikoden went up to 108! And that wasn't even counting the villains and such.

Don't worry: if you want to know what this part of Mirage of Blaze is like, just picture all the characters to date wandering around IN THE NORTHERN CRATER, occasionally stopping to kill each other bloodily.

I think we can safely say that I will never visit this specific part of Japan. The trauma is too much.
