I can't spend more than five minutes at a time on
ficpod, because it makes me want to run out and buy an iPod mini myself. >_> That being said... it's funny, isn't it, how some characters are musically-inclined and some others just aren't? Like real people.
List of "DJ playlists" I haven't posted

- Rukawa Mix 2.0: an extrapolation of the Rukawa-listens-to-Diamonds and Pearls gag. Amazon.com suggestions, so to speak. XD The idea is that it's 80s-stylin' (sex)funk, only Rukawa doesn't pay any attention to the lyrics and wouldn't understand them if he did; it just so happens this is the genre that keeps him awake most efficiently on his bike commute, a service to rear fenders all across Kanegawa. Which in itself is probably due to that late-80s drum machine sound markedly reminiscent of basketballs being dribbled out of sync on a linoleum surface. XD;; If I were really in a Nazi mood I would have kept it all pre-1994, but eh.
- The Quincy Archer Is An Indie-ist Mix. Someone else could probably make this more efficiently than I could; I don't know why it hasn't been done already. ...I mean, I'm not the only one who thinks this, right?
- The Oshitari DJ set. Every once in a while people ask me things like, what would you write for a PoT/IniD crossover. My standard response has become "Ryousuke and Oshitari interning at a large Tokyo teaching hospital". Not slash or anything, just a sort of... I mean, they would both be rather brilliant, and Oshitari would chase the nurses, and Ryousuke would... be Ryousuke and come across as a bit of a stick until Oshitari ferrets out the masterminding-street-racing-team thing, and then they'll realise the one thing they have in common (well, apart from being sexy genius) is that they're both there due to expectation to carry on family tradition, being natural unconventionalists who're a bit too good at slotting themselves into convention. And I dunno, exchange witticisms in the pharmacy room re various disorders seen in the ER.
Not that the ficpod has anything to do with that precisely.
