...Ever had one of those moments when you suddenly realise, "Damn, I'm standing in a dinosaur plush suit watching a dog** fail to solve Fermat's Last Theorem on live television"?

(The fact that Ban recognized Fermat's Last Theorem right away is so in character.)

** Who proceeds five minutes later to pee on Ginji's head. And then he pees on Ban's head. Which causes Ban to wipe his face on Ginji's shirt. And so the series goes.

So did I recognize it. One of those classic "is that what I think it is" GB moments. XD

Natsumi knows exactly where her towel is, j0. XD Also, my new OTP is Lucky x Mozart theirpuppyloveissoliteral.

...this manga is just so insane. SO insane.

Do I dare ask why a dog is trying to solve Fermat's Last Theorem?

The dog belongs to Natsumi and was infected with the "missing link" virus turning it into super-evolved telekinetic genius dog. It ran away from its kidnappers and ended up at a TV station, where they created a segment for it on a variety show after realising it can solve complex math problems. The ratings were great, apparently.

...Yeah. XD

I give up. This manga? This manga will never make sense. Ever.

...and yet I love it in it's cracktasticness.

...and that's *before* they try to do Noir, the GB version, (...that happens in the manga, that's *gotta* happen in the manga at some point!) and make me want to come up with a back story for Ban that consists of nothing but rainy days, bad alcohol, and the memories of a war gone by, and conveniently glances over the fact that he's supposedly all of eighteen.

Yeah.

Does. Not. Compute.

Episode...uh...twenty-eight of the anime; maybe more so noir than *Noir*, but the one episode where for no real reason, GB turns into an espionage thriller of the, I dunno, Bourne Identity variety. I *LIKE*!

I definitely do not remember this one. Hmm. I have not seen GB in a long time.
