Different sort of download
Sep. 8th, 2004 12:13 amSo yeah, I scanlated the first story out of the D1-centric doujinshi Tuna sent me, which I gather she dropped in the cart because it has possibly the best doujinshi title of all time ("Mr. Gentlemanlove, or How I Learnt to Stop Worrying and Love a Fraud"). Not sure why I scanlated it. It seemed somehow less tortuous than recounting the plot of the thing in a lj entry and trying to explain why it's funny. Too, it's a calming activity; far more than icon-making, say. Though I'm hardly going to be making a fandom career out of this, not least because I have reservations about scanlating doujinshi, which mind you have never prevented me from reading dj scanlations, so I may as well shut up while I'm ahead. Also, attention span of gnat.
Try a Little Tenderness (by One Eyed Jack)
In which Ryouma is not awake, Fuji is not helpful, Yagyuu is discomfited and various others are dismayed by insufficient information. 8 pages, implied TezuRyo. Right click and download - it's a PDF file. Best format if you can produce it, it seems to me.
