E. Lawrence slash, so she's now two-for-two on *hrm* instantly memorable classics of crossover fanfiction.

What, you mean you've never come across Sex Pistols slash? ...Okay, it's just me then. XD;; But seriously, I'm forever running across slash for bands I like. The Cure, Depeche Mode, Placebo, the Strokes even. I'm reasonably certain there's slash for the Smiths too. (And the Clash... and Guns 'n' Roses... it goes on. Mind you I'm shut out from a lot of slash by the fact that I'm not and never have been particularly interested by boybands, but then I'm shut out from a lot of slash by the fact that I don't watch North American TV shows.)

heh, i'd be surprised if it hasn't happened yet, although i wouldn't have the faintest clue where to go looking if it had or not. and you know the real-life Michael is supposed to be in the "Michael" video, right? XD

You look on livejournal, of course. Tragically there's only one person (http://www.livejournal.com/users/sallog/) who has FF slash listed as an lj interest, but I'm sure I can find more slashers from franz_icons. XDDD

okay, see, clearly my musical interests lie on the wrong size of the horizon, since i started reading jrock slash in...high school, but have yet to listen to the sex pistols *is massive ashamed* on the other hand, some of my friends are obsessed with brian molko (sp.?) and his gang of pretty boys in eyeliner and semi-drag...

I feel vaguely obliged to channel my friends and tell you to listen to the Clash instead. Er. But seriously, I'm not what you might call a punk fan either. More post-punk and new wave - and the neo-bands now that sort of sound like the early 80's. I can listen to the Pistols, because they're pretty brainless energy, and the Clash because they're more... dub-like? funky?... not to mention just a really good band, but the more hardcore it gets later the more it loses me.

Placebo is okay, I guess. XD I went through a period of listening to them, but it's a fits-and-starts thing. At least I've never been annoyed by Brian Molko's voice, I think because I've been a fan of much worse. XD
