Why is this so long? This should take less time than translating manga. o_O;

One question, okay. This is funny, right? It's not just me? ^^;; ...And yes, Tezuka talks this much in all her doujinshi. The classic Hojo Akira dj has Fuji angst angst angstycakes for 3/4 of the story, and then you find out that Tezuka's been one-upping Fuji's issues all the time.

The moral of the story: Eiji is incisive, observant, sane and emotionally well-adjusted. Eiji knows where his towel is at, and we should all emulate him.

It IS funny. And fun. (you'd think that removing 'ny' from 'funny' wouldn't remove the humor connotation, would you?) Because angst is always funny when you don't take it seriously.

Sadly, though, it just makes me want to go read/see for myself. XD

I think I'm just amused that the last half takes place, like, totally in public.

Momo: Um... you know, they've been in there for more than fifteen minutes...
Eiji: *whistles desultorily*
Inui: *scribbles madly in notebook* It's a good data day.

That and the inherent concept of Fuji trying to be Tezuka - I'm sorry. XD HILARITY.

I'll do some scans once I get time, but they won't be very high quality. ^^;

Except that Inui will be disapointed when Fuji returns all normal again because his new data (on Fuji acting like Tezuka) will be rendered utterly useless. And perhaps Inui even destroyed his original data on Fuji (I mean, Inui couldn't possibly keep *all* his data, right? That's gotta be a good several thousand pages, and last I noticed a) his notebook wasn't that big b) Inui isn't THAT strong.)

Fuji and Tezuka can have their spying revenge later. EVERYONE ends up having intimate moments in the club room, after all. It's a requirement for graduation.

Actually Inui goes home and enters the fresh data into his computer daily. ^^; And probably models it with statistical analysis tools or whatever. The notebooks are just for the sake of ease and portability. (There are more than one notebook, though they appear very similar. He's got one devoted to Renji, f'rinstance. =_=)

Inui's room (in the fanbook) is pretty funny. It's a total nerdwreck, and there are equations scribbled on the wall next to his bed, about where his head would be if he were lying down.

Whoever controls the clubroom key CONTROLS THE WORLD (that would be Ooishi, by the way XD).

Hojo Akira is a genius, and I'm now convinced that the first thing Tezuka will do, after coming back from Germany-or-wherever-he-went, is push Fuji against the chain-link fence of the tennis courts and kiss him, in front of the whole team no less, because his love is just uncontrollable and passionate like that.

I have so much love for this dj!

It's one of Hojo Akira's more positive-outlook ones, yes. *g* She's done at least a couple more dj in "Syn"'s continuity - or as near as makes no difference - and they're WAFFy one-shots. That's as opposed to the "Crown of Sand" continuity, in which Fuji does go off with Tezuka to become professional tennis players (in that universe he doesn't so much dislike tennis as is a bit bored, emotionally involved only due to Tezuka), and it turned out badly. ^^; So you have to figure Fuji makes the right choice here.
