So I'm thinking that next time I'll post a CD mix entirely comprised of Queen songs, with a blurb explaining how each track relates to Prince of Tennis - okay, no, I'm kidding. Though I wonder how many people would bite. XD

Am not consciously being grumpy and nonresponsive. Have been working steady amounts of overtime, and what time I have online I spend desperately leeching music. XD Suckitude is such that I haven't yet commented on everyone from whom I've downloaded, because I try to write these paragraph reviews that take more time than I have - something about the entire FST endeavour brings out my inner maniacal over-achiever, in case that wasn't obvious. (Then I will start on Falsificatio, and ye shall know true ph33r. <3 The story I've had in mind for quite some time is populated by various fan-takes on jpop personalities - t3h sh0uj0 h3r01n3 is a sort of scooshed version of Tommy february and Tsuji Ayano. Gackt is in there too, but he's not the main love interest.) Spent today trying to catch up on my ongoing series-viewing - ha! - and then reshuffling the various stacks of anime CDs into some semblance of order while burning schtuff for people. The clean-up took more time than the watching. ^^; canis_m, I'm sending out your CD Monday. Lame delay, I know.

Fannish upkeep to do, still:
* Finish burning IniD 2nd Stage 1-13 (either 13 is corrupted or my drives are crapping out >_>)
* Translate the last three chapters in GB 23 (25 is out in a week ^^;)
* Translate the rest of those Hojo Akira dj
* Translate the booklet that came with S to M 2, since that's the only way I'll ever sit down and read through the thing
* Translate/romanise/HTML the rest of the FST lyrics, for the sake of posterity, the record and my peace of mind (unless you have romaji of "Neko ni naritai" squirreled away somewhere, Kristin? ^^;;)
* Translate more from the TeniPuri fanbooks (quiz, interview)
* HTML the Mirage of Blaze guide (^^;;;)
* HTML all the partial fics I've written for Vagrant Story just to have them up on NnY

Okay, so the inner maniacal over-achiever sleeps lightly at the best of times.

Oh, you know how the Tenjou Tenge OP is titled "Bomb A Head! Returns!"? I bet you've never wondered why that is, but I'm going to tell you anyway. It's because there's an older song called "Bomb A Head!" from which it (presumably) samples. I saw it in the karaoke book the other day, but was too chicken to investigate further.

Happy Mother's Day, those reading to whom it applies. :)

P.S. The answer to the question the other time is c). Yes, I'll explain sometime.

I wouldn't actually do that, though!? XD;; Tuna and I discussed Queen songs, and then we discussed ABBA songs, and then we discussed... Depeche Mode? In any case the conclusion was that as long as the band was crack at a high enough level, you could relate it to Prince of Tennis. XD

Not insofar as I know; in any case since you did the script to #1 everyone naturally assumes you'll continue. XD (And is there even fannish expectation of the series outside of the precincts of Shioul?)
