Jul. 6th, 2005 03:29 amWell, if I respond to anonymous comments you won't be notified anyway, so in order: 1) Sorry, don't know who you are because I know many HnG fans and suck at guessing, but I will be posting more HnG fic soon. Soon! XD 2) What fangirls? 3) Probably, but if I read something tedious a trapdoor opens at the bottom of my head and it falls right out, so I can't even remember it afterward let alone blog about it. As for Mirage of Blaze, I have cursed the author, cursed the characters, posted rants, thrown the books across the room and taken month-long sanity hiatuses from reading them, so how sick is "sick of it"? XD I don't think the series is in danger of boring me any time soon, if that's what you mean. 4) Rhinos are also related to whales, unless I'm mistaken. 5) I guess I am one of those people who wouldn't post hate memes, so - I'm not going to post a hate meme. XD Besides, I can answer the question easily: of course people would jump in and vent. Apart from everything else, my flist would hate all over my lj just to let me know that they appreciate that I appreciate the irony. 6) I have seen the Tuvan throat singers but have yet to download. Doing so now! 7) I've never been much interested in
campfuckudie, because... I've seen crack RPG comms come and go. But my default filter is over 100 people, so it's only one of the many things my flist talks about constantly that I'm not interested in or have never seen. XD
( File under still-not-sick-of-it: more Mirage of Blaze sidestory babble. )
But instead of doing what I would've done, had I personally come into possession of a weeping Virgin, Naoe and his bro went out to get smashed and listen to jazz. And so did I! Isn't that creepy? ...Okay, fine. I went to the Khaled show at Metropolis, sponsored by the Jazz Festival. It was... well, Khaled himself (and band) were awesome, and the audience was spwecial in a way the security did not enjoy. XD My better pictures were taken after the speakers in my corner of the stage were knocked over, making for a lovely view.
