Did really no one else know that Tezuka is Seitokaichou? ^_^;;; (From the freetalks. Seigaku ichiban tsuyoi otoko da... to itta, Sensei wa. XD;; I couldn't have imagined it, I was laughing too hard.) It's not in the anime anywhere? I'd thought not only that they'd put in that bit, but that they made Ooishi VP or treasurer, and that was why the poor boy was calling for people's attention at the blackboard in the Karupin ep. He sure as heck sounded like the Student Council of my high school: "Sorry, people, we have to do this during lunch..."
