Happy Snowflake Day, Part Three
Dec. 13th, 2003 09:56 pmEDIT -- this is a draft. The HTML version is here.
Guess what I'm missing? That's right - the half dozen scanlated chapters between when Isumi loses to Le Ping and he gets back to Tokyo, that's what I'm missing. Precisely those. The universe conspires against me. The following fic is thus based entirely off my memory; consider yourselves warned. I mean, I can't even say for sure that Yang Hai is from Yunnan, so I may have screwed this up totally, except I'm pretty certain because I remember thinking holy mackerel he's as Southern as Elvis. I should've given him aTexan (Georgian? I should stop thinking about this, recipe for trouble) accent or something, just to force
beeblebabe to come up to Canada and kill me.
I wrote the entire thing just now, actually, as in five minutes ago. Edits are almost certainly forthcoming, but I want to see it up because I can't figure out what's wrong with it otherwise. ...Apart from the fact that I can't tell whether I'm being cleverly understated or if I really have no idea what I'm trying to say. Look, free Chinese tourism brochure!
...Uh, it's Hikaru no Go, about Yang Hai. EDIT -- And Isumi, even. Isumi with an S. Cripes in a nutshell.
( Nosebleed )
