Smashing Magazine does a round-up of free wallpapers every month that are seasonally appropriate and have a calendar incorporated into the design. This was the least busy of the options for June. I have an ambivalent relationship with stuff: I can collect massive amounts of books (more like little block-shaped doors than possessions), clothing (extensions of self), and music (mostly invisible anyway) but everything else including furniture seems like suffocating clutter if I'm made to notice it. And due to the nature of Windows backgrounds, I can't help noticing them. XD; So they have to be stripped down or natural photographs, like the view through a hypothetical window.

Actually it looks quite 'busy' to me, on account of the brightness and high contrast. However I do, as often as not, class books, music and clothes equally under THINGS THINGS TOO MANY THINGS; am prepared to accept being an outlier on this point.^^

It's nice, anyway. Colourful.
