You know what Gemma Ward looks like? A ball jointed doll. I'm not saying this to be derogatory at all, just that something's always niggled at me about the recent crop of teen supermodels - Lily, Vlada, etc. Slightly childish round face, exotically wide-set eyes, arched brows, rosebud mouth. They look like Dollfies. Now we can all go back to what we were doing. XD Someone else can write the semiotics essay.

P.S. Thanks for all the HP fic recs! Is there anyone who reads het on my flist, though? Just wondering. XDD

I read het! Just I read more slash. # 154 gen # 61 het # 167 menslash (m/m) # 24 saffic (f/f) - is my del.icio.us statistic breakdown but I don't actually tag everything with orientation.


(Some of the fics I recommended are het - Revolution is, though mostly gen, and summer holidays is, though mostly gen - and Severus Snape didn't kill Tonks is sort of both.)

Yep, Gemma Ward, Sasha Pivarova, Lily Cole, etc. are all doll faced models which, when you consider how tall they really are, is kind of a disturbing juxtaposition.

Most of the pairings I'm interested in reading about tend to be canon, and because I read mostly shounen/seinen that means I end up reading het if I'm looking for pairing based fic? However, I generally read gen, or read stuff of other genres if I like the gen-aspects. But nowadays I basically don't read much fanfiction.
