Phonique - The Red Dress (Tiefschwarz Remix): Tiefschwarz's rather fallen out of fashion in the past twelve months, but this is from 2004 and a stone cold classic 4evr. I last heard it out on New Year's. XD It's not as harshly dark/electro as a lot of Tiefschwarz's other work (Phonique collaborated a lot with Erlend Oye, and the original of this is v. pretty progressive house with diva vocals), just sexy and strutty and instantly recognizable.

Trentemoller - Physical Fraction: I think if I were to pick a track to serve as abstract centre point of the minimal house genre, this would be it. I like the fact that the groove is pitched so low in this that in home listening conditions you have to make a conscious effort to pick out what, exactly, you're supposed to be dancing to. XD

The Killers - Read My Mind (Pet Shop Boys Stars Are Blazing Mix): HEY GUYS REMEMBER 'GIRLS AND BOYS'? I KNOW I DO. ♥ PSB are on track for one of these per decade.

Bebel Gilberto - Bring Back The Love (Prins Thomas Remix): I feel like this exists because God likes me. XD ...It's not the best of the batch, even; you'll hear from me after I finish acquiring both EPs. New album in a month!
