Thought I'd blog a little

Yesterday I:

• made a tub of tiramisu
• got my hair cut

Whisking egg whites to a stiff peak by hand is v. tiresome. ^^; I haven't tried it yet, will post the recipe once I confirm the result is edible (though there's no reason it shouldn't be).

As for the haircut it's a very normal oneesan style, but different from anything I've personally had - shoulder-length, wispy at the bottom, bangs to one side. With gel it could be a successful Rukia cosplay. XD Didn't have time to get it coloured, will probably do that sometime within the month.

...Maybe both these items would be better served through picspam? XD

Whipping eggs and cream are good ways of burning calories. This is important, because eggs and cream make for fattening puddings!

Good luck with the tiramisu.
Several years back I got a terrific recipe from a woman who warned me that it might be cursed. She used to make batches of tiramisu and feed it to local kids when they got off school. Then a truckload of eggs that had spoiled on the way arrived in Florence, and several people became hospitalized, including two of the kids who ate this woman's tiramisu. She never made tiramisu after that. We tried to tell her that it wasn't her fault, but she still believed there was some demon at work. Very sad. But my friend convinced her to give us the recipe.
