petronia1) Never mind Cfen, Tousen makes a terrible housekeeper. Blood and char marks all over the floor... I told Chrissie just last night they should've brought Kira along, could've made him do the vacuuming wearing nothing but a frilly pink apron.
2) Is KT moving toward Ichigo/Rukia? What stops me from saying 'yes' is my feeling he's not "moving" toward anything in the sense of consciously setting up pairings so much as he's adopted the Yazawa Ai gambit of letting the characters react according to established characterization, without "authorial intervention" as it were. Wannabe shoujoist I'll worry when someone gets pregnant.
3) Am I the only person who constantly fights the urge to BS when translating? Like if I didn't control myself--

6) I have this theory that Aizen is a longtime WJ reader. (When they first explained about the Espada I was like, "...Isn't that just Juppongatana in Spanish?") It would explain why Ulquiorra and Grimmjow look like that. And Gin. And really, a whole lot of everything.
Hard enough now not to assume Aizen is getting blowjobs from everyone in Hueco Mondo note: no girl arrancars apparently, try to picture these scenes when they let Hayami Sho loose on'em. >_>
7) I don't usually spend time wondering how much of themselves shounen fighter mangaka put into their characters, but with KT sometimes... ("Ishida, are you maybe just more talented at designing girls' clothes?") The powerful/dominating/teenaged-boy-traumatizing-with-boobs neesama is becoming a leitmotif of this series. Kuukaku vs Ganjuu, Mizuho vs Keigo, Matsumoto vs Hitsugaya, Yoruichi vs Ichigo, even Yoruichi vs Byakuya - or at least that's how I imagine it. XD

Total genius. And the thought of when Hayami Sho gets to voice these scenes is . . . well. (I keep on kicking myself for not suspecting something when he was given Aizen to voice in the first place.)
