Actually they're called enfrijoladas, because it's a bean sauce. Ced, I also discovered that your chocolate enchiladas are technically called enmoladas. And the uber-traditional way of serving them is like my plate, without anything rolled in but crumbled sausage and cream on top.

Ced's review of the Mexican restaurant we were at yesterday, party of four and sharing. The refried bean sauce tastes winningly like Chinese red bean porridge, only with hot pepper instead of sugar. Similarly the mole sauce tastes like the chocolate sauce they ladle on French crepes... only with hot pepper instead of sugar.

Hungry again. MORE ENCHILADAS PLS T_T Also, that vanilla rice milk stuff.

Um, yeah. *makes XDs* What I don't understand is why all the links are still active when I think to go there and leech, like, six days after they've been posted. It goes way faster than that in the locked anime/jpop sharing communities.

I think it's because the people who actively use the YSI thread are smal but very very vocal? the opposite holding for jpop sharing comms.

Yea, it seems like a lot of people at first glance but really it's not. I would just have assumed that... that there were more shameless lurkers like me, is the thing. XD;;

(It is indeed although the wank over the one guy who though Depeche Mode dissed Christianity was more comedy gold than 97% of everything on the intarweb.)
