My manga shipment came in, and saints help me I CANNOT DECIDE WHAT TO READ - well, went for the Nana artbook first, obviously, GREATEST ARTBOOK EVER AND I MUST MAKE SCANS *flails wildly* and then tried to read Nana #9 as it was much thicker than all the other tankoubon, which turned out to be due to a 50-page yomikiri tacked onto the end, telling the story of Trapnest + Yasu + Ren's formative days from Naoki(! SO CUTE <333)'s POV. Didn't actually read much of this, as was promptly horribly traumatised by the sight of YASU WITH HAIR. It turns out that 14-year-old Yasu WITH HAIR LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE YAGYUU OUT OF PRINCE OF TENNIS. And he was Seitokaichou, so Takumi had to come ask him if he could form a school band and get him to convince the principal AHAHAHAHAHAHA*HACK* *coughing fit* Takumi looks like Ryouma, which is almost as disturbing. (I don't want to think about the possibility of Ryouma growing up to look/behave like Takumi.) Ren looks exactly like himself, spiky hair and bass and artfully disarrayed tie, but twelve. He comes and hangs out in Yasu's room and smokes cigarettes rebelliously. Words cannot express the cuteness. Meanwhile Naoki FANBOYS OVER ROXY MUSIC AND T-REX. I swear, this series is going to kill me. Dead!

...I think I'm going to go read Peace Maker or GetBackers or something. So's to calm down. Except that's just more fangirling lying in wait. XD;;;

EDIT -- Anyway I just finished reading Nana #9, and saints help me I hope not to encounter anything that angsty for a while. ._. On the bright side, it makes songcalls for you.

As long as he didn't grow up to be Yagami Raito out of Death Note, I'm all good. XD But I suppose he got it out of his system through punk rawk.
