One: Fire Exit Running, by two_if_by_sea. MomoRyo. For once she didn't have Ryouma run away with Tezuka, and yet it still wrings the set-up for every last drop of angst. I give up. XD;;; *goes to listen to the sappy Laura Pausini "Solitudine" song and hates on Nanjirou for a bit*

No, seriously, it's heartbreaking because it's believable. Those are the worst.

Two: Water Over Stone, by sesame_seed (to be found in temps_mort under the recent "Water" challenge). TezuFuji. ...Some months ago I commented to starlighter (I think ^^;) that the way to fudge TezuFuji and their respectively distant personalities was to write it as overriding illogical physical attraction. And then proceeded to write nothing of the sort. Remember that?
