So I see Jo Rowling's lawyers have finally cottoned on. Sigh. Of course this has the potential to be very bad for everyone, not just HP and not just the sites involved: media reaction toward accusations of child pornography has reached instant-witchhunt levels (ref. Pete Townsend), and it would be unfortunate if reporters began to draw flimsy parallels with slash.

Obviously I hope it doesn't come to that.
