Are fewer people signing up? Is this a move to reboot interest in the comm? Or have you caught poll-fever (which has infected every single person on this side of the US-Canada border, I swear)?
...You should ignore me. An exchange sounds like fun. (But will people who haven't written for SSBB before be scared away?)
(I deleted the other, assume you don't need it?) I don't know if there are less people participating so much as the centre has been shifting away from my flist for some time. IDK, probably this is normal? The novelty value's been exhausted for people who were around three years ago. But it means that I don't get to follow the conversation, which worries me because I don't want to fall out of touch with what the audience wants. Hence the polls. XD
Probably I should focus on the design brief, it'd be more productive. But the next issue post needs to go up soon.

What if we listed kinks and people just signed on to write under them (w/ or w/o popularity tracking and limits to participation).
It could be like a Christmas exchange. Or something.
