Don't worry, if you were to move to Shanghai there's even more organic/natural resources than there are in Beijing. The first time I tried unsweetened organic yogurt was in Shanghai, it was really good.

However, I do think that when S and I have kids we will not have them in China--too many things to worry about that could be unsafe.
