I dunno why he started making everyone wear lipstick - first instance I can think of was in Part 3, where Dio showed up in fffffffabublous lipstick. But after oekaki'ing the damn characters so often, I tell you that lipstick DOES get addictive, even if you were dead set against it at the beginning. XDDDD
